Ballet Classes Offered
Foundation for all dance forms that we teach at Expressions. Emphasis on proper body placement and efficient movement. Technique and terminology are taught at the barre, across the floor, and in center floor combinations. Some of the benefits of ballet are grace, poise, confidence, and self-discipline.
30 Minute Classes available for ages 2 & up.
Ballet done in pointe shoes is for the strong, more advanced ballet dancer, taken in addition to ballet technique. Pointe work begins at teacher's discretion and may be assessed around age 12.
60 Minutes Classes available for ages 12 & up.

My daughter loves going to dance at Expressions!
In her own words- “When I dance I feel like I can be me. When I step out on the stage, I feel confident and strong- not wriggly. My teachers teach me to dance and then I just dance.” I am so glad she has found what makes her heart sing and that we found a studio that brings out the best side of her!

I love it ...present tense ! I can't say enough about this dance studio!
The teachers are top notch and so kind and encouraging. Their ability to teach the children and teens surpassed all I expected. And they put so much time work and thought into the recitals and competitions from the choreography to the costumes , from the wee little babes up to company. I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else!
